HR Officer Flexpool

You will team up with the HR Coordinator FlexPool. Together as a team you are responsible for the organisation, coordination and continuous improvement of the FlexPool and all freelance related requests. You will also work closely with Staffing as they are primarily handling all internal staffing requests.

 Job description

 In this team you:

  • are the organisational point of contact for the FlexPool and freelance related requests.
  • make sure our processes within the FlexPool are smooth and efficient.
  • discuss FlexPool strategies and new ideas with Staffing, Head of People and the management of the firm.
  • consider FlexPool staffing requests and monitor the progress of requests.
  • keep the FlexPool files up-to-date, record changes and provide administrative and organisational support.
  • track the performance of our contract lawyers and ensure quality management.
  • create and manage FlexPool documentation, agreements and correspondence.
  • manage the invoice process correctly, ensures timely approval by the financial administration.
  • ensure proper use of online tools, such as Profit, Contract Express and the online community platform for FlexPoolers (Connect) and keep these systems up to date.
  • provide and select interviews with new FlexPool candidates in cooperation with Staffing.
  • are part of the team that runs shifts at the HR desk as point of contact for the whole firm regarding People aspects.
