Project manager / SCRUM master

What is the job?

You are responsible for the delivery of multiple innovative projects and work-streams, including in-house and external software development, using the Agile SCRUM methodology. The projects take three to six months and are conducted by four to ten team members. You create and manage project plans/sprint planning monitor. You review progress and timelines, adjust schedules and plans as needed, and identify and resolve issues to ensure that the project is successful. You manage day-to-day execution and project implementation and assist with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project. In short, you are responsible for the delivery of the whole project from start to finish.

Who are you?

Our ideal candidate for this role:

  • has a bachelor’s degree in business administration or information technology;
  • has Agile experience, preferably as a SCRUM master;
  • has at least a four-year track record managing projects in a demanding organisation;
  • has a conceptual mind with a strong focus on customer service, and is driven by results;
  • has outstanding and effective interpersonal skills;
  • is a team player;
  • sets goals and priorities effectively;
  • has excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • has an excellent command of the English language.

The position of the Project /Scrum master is part of the ICT department, which in turn forms part of Business Solutions. ICT aims to organise all services and automation processes so that all colleagues within De Brauw can add value to the customer experience.
