Personal Assistant (1 FTE)

As a Personal Assistant, you are part of the Business Support team. You will work with a partner within a dedicated practice group. You are responsible for proactive (personal) support within his/her busy practice. You are organisationally responsible for the matters, files and appointments.

The position of Personal Assistant has a diverse range of tasks.
Your responsibilities include:

  • Extremely complex agenda management;
  • Inbox management;
  • Organisation of both domestic and international meetings;
  • Making travel arrangements;
  • Preparing presentations;
  • Preparing invoices, overviews and keeping InterAction up to date;
  • Opening and closing case files;
  • Creating engagement emails/ letters;
  • Assisting in filings (Litigation) /closings (Corporate).

Our ideal candidate:

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who takes initiative and is proactive. Who can collaborate with our lawyers and other secretarial teams and is honest, flexible, confident, and secure in his/her opinions.

You also:

  • Have a bachelor degree or working level;
  • Can quickly switch between tasks;
  • Are able to keep an overview of outstanding actions;
  • Are excited and motivated about organising and planning complicated events/ projects;
  • Are able to work under high pressure (stress resistant);
  • Are proactive and dare to give push back if necessary;
  • Have a strong knowledge of both the Dutch (C2) and English language;
  • Are able to think outside of the box;
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
