De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek offers you a unique opportunity to join our Litigation practice as a Senior Associate at our Amsterdam office.

About the role
De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek is the undisputed market leader in litigation and arbitration in the Netherlands, both in the national and international arenas. This role will focus on complex litigation and arbitration in the Dutch and English language, for both Dutch and international clients. The types of matters you might be working on include post-M&A disputes, complex contract litigation and arbitrations on a wide range of topics, including both commercial and investment arbitration, setting-aside and enforcement proceedings. 

Who are you?
The ideal candidate for this position:

·         has a passion for litigation;
·         has over three years of relevant experience as a lawyer at a large law firm;
·         has excellent drafting skills;
·         has experience with multifaceted litigation matters;
·         is fluent in both Dutch and English;
·         is a great communicator;
·         is a team player.

 Experience in the field of arbitration is a plus.
