Team Assistant

About the position
 As a Team Assistant, you are part of a team supporting several lawyers in our Litigation section. The team’s duties and tasks are gathered and managed from one central mailbox. The team works together to ensure good service and maximum accessibility and continuity.

       The activities include:

  • Handling and tracking of legal papers and documents
  • Word processing, creating files, and archiving activities
  • Keeping client information up-to-date
  • Preparing declarations
  • Printing, scanning and copying activities
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Handling of mail, faxes and courier documents
  • Supporting your colleagues
  • Organizing small client meetings and conference calls.

    Who are you?

  • Has completed secretarial training/study
  • Has basic knowledge of procedural law and preferably work experience within the legal profession
  • Has knowledge of MS office programs; Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Has excellent Dutch and English speaking and writing skills
  • Is accurate and detailed in their work
  • Is flexible, proactive, customer-oriented and able to work well together with both our lawyers and other secretarial team
